TEN REASONS to vote Democrats out of office –Dems pay for Wind and Solar with your tax money and raising Electric Bills –which is smart to hide the actual cost of killing Our Elec Grid.
Natural gas not only provides most of our electric power –but most of our heat in the winter. Most information on any issue that matters is a lie –even elec cars, you can’t get real facts –some of the Tesla cars have 1000 pounds of batteries in them –and then not recommended for cold climates –for the same reason turbines don’t work in an ice storm.
Batteries don’t work when it’s cold and when the charge is too low –the battery will freeze and burst. The countries with wind turbines that work in cold weather all use carbon fuel to keep the batteries and Wind Turbine parts from freezing.
Our energy has to be DIVERSIFIED using new technology in drilling, pipelines, burning coal, burning natural gas, hydro, nuclear, -conventional fuel. Solar and wind should be used in the same pace as the technology allows –just like elec cars –if you build a million cars and turbines with old crappy technology, then you sure wasted a lot of time, resources, and my tax $Money.
But it’s a vote thing for the Democrat –with 98% of Media being Democrats –Dems can lie all day long and get complete Media backing of the lie. Sad.
1) Wind Turbine Democrats have to be proud –you don’t like pipelines and Electric Grid Transmission Lines (which we have to build many more miles of -just to support turbines) –but you love the way our Country looks with these 500’ high monsters for as far as the eye can see! Yeah, let’s not touch the 1/3 of America that is government owned and build these monsters across farmland, especially higher ground, -destroying the landscape!
2) The end of that blade is traveling 200 mph –easily fooling birds by the thousands that are getting killed.
3) Anytime you pass a wind farm -you will never see a wind turbine farm that does not have a few turbines dead still –each turbine is a $5 Million Dollar 500’ high monster Paid for with Tax Money -and federal and states Forcing elec companies to install this nightmare (with higher electric bills and stopping conventional generation).
4) Wind Turbine average efficiency is 20-40% with wind from 10 to 56 mph -maximum power with a consistent wind of 35 mph. In reality -the efficiency is much worse –as the power begins at the turbine 300 feet above the ground where the power losses begin –ALL of those turbines are connected with copper wire, copper in transformers, turbines, etc –and then the EXTRA hundreds of miles of Overhead Transmission Lines (aluminum and steel) required to get to a load center.
5) +btw, to prepare one turbine for an ice storm is $1.5M per turbine –and only prevents icing some of the time –the big lie is the false claim of stopping ice from forming during a serious ice storm –does not matter if you are in Texas or the Arctic.
6) Dems are especially proud of the mining all over the world for copper, -nice if you own a copper stock that just tripled -like SCCO.
7) Why should farmers/landowners grow food? Receive rental payments per each turbine of $10,000 per year –no wonder China is buying up land for turbines and electing Democrats!
8) Part of the wind turbine nightmare is the Additional Exposure to lightning, ice, wind, animals, dig-ins, etc. Texas has 12,000 wind turbines about 300’ apart = 682 miles of Additional Exposure to outages in Tex from the wind turbine structures and the underground copper connecting them, -also Extra exposure to the Electric Grid is the hundreds of miles of Extra transmission lines, transformers, and protection hardware -before connecting to an Electric Grid. Extra Exposure to outages is avoided with conventional generation -because carbon, hydro, nuclear –all come from one small generation location –not 12,000 generators!
9) Democrats -pls explain Germany becoming dependent on natural gas from Russia with a 1000 mile natural gas pipeline across the Baltic Sea while Dems just shut down the Land Based Canada-USA pipeline and other critical pipelines?!
10) Coal, natural gas, nuclear, hydro –are continuous energy sources –and will still be the major power sources for America in 100 yrs.
